Vintage Franciscan Denmark Blue Ironstone Service | 9" Round Deep Serving Bowl with Lid | 1980s English Tableware, Royal Copenhagen Style

Elevate your holiday table or complete your heirloom collection with this striking, rare vintage Franciscan "Denmark Blue" Covered Vegetable Serving Bowl. Produced for only a brief period between 1983 and 1988, this highly sought-after piece perfectly bridges the gap between everyday durability and formal elegance.

Crafted from high-quality English Ironstone during the era when Franciscan's production merged under the legendary Wedgwood umbrella, this piece showcases a beautifully textured, ribbed/fluted white body. The delicate underglaze pattern features sweeping blue floral sprays, lace-like scroll accents, and traditional borders—heavily inspired by centuries-old Scandinavian "Blue Fluted" porcelain.

Key Selling Points & Collectibility

Hard-to-Find: While separate replacement bowls occasionally appear on secondary markets, finding one in this condition is highly uncommon.

Pristine Vintage Condition: This specific serving bowl shows absolutely no signs of use, chips, fractures, edge flea bites, or pattern fading. The glaze is beautifully glossy and clear.

Versatility: The robust ironstone construction resists chipping, while its elegant presentation turns simple side dishes, soups, or starches into a centerpiece moment.
